The new high speed garage doors are in place, with the stop and go lights. To learn more about that, see the prior posts below.
For parkers who have their own clicker, the code has not been changed at this time, though we may do a security update later in the fall after which a new code may be needed.

Due to a problem with one of the parts necessary for the proper framing of the new doors, the Garage Door Replacement has been rescheduled. The first door is now expected to be replaced on the August 4th, with the other door on the following day August 5th, both days between 6am and 5pm.
We are working on having a security guard to help direct traffic as this work takes place, or another employee if possible. Even so, please expect delays when you are coming and going while this work is completed. Drive with care when you see workers and/or employees present.
The exit door may have a new code that will require residents who have the “clickers” to reprogram their garage openers. That code will be available once we receive it – in the interim all parkers should be able to use their fobs to exit as normal.
ONCE IN PLACE, you will notice not only the higher speed, but the new stop and go (red and green) lights which are meant to improve the ease and safety of entering and exiting.
Here are a couple answers to other questions we’ve gotten:
Q: Will my fob still work to activate the exit door?
A: All of the existing activations will continue to work as they do now, though there is a possibility garage “clickers” will have to have their code changed. We attempting to avoid this if we can, but it may not be possible.
Q: Stop and Go lights? What does that mean?
A: Bottom line, red means stop! When approaching the door the light will be red. On activation it will flash red until full open then turn green. Just before it starts to close (after the preset time has expired) it will flash red and then close. The light will remain red until activated again.
You should not proceed through the door until it is green.
We’ve received word the delivery of the new doors and other necessary parts is expected “shortly”. Our team is already gearing up. In preparation our team needs to do the electrical prep work for the new doors. They’ve scheduled that for Tuesday June 28th. Between 8am-5pm one door will be closed off at a time while this work takes place. Please plan ahead when you need to leave, as you may experience some delay, and us an abundance of caution coming and going as workers may be present and moving around the ramp.
Instead of an as is replacement, the Board opted to improve the technology, with high speed springless doors. This will mean two things. There should be less and less costly repairs needed in the future. The springs are typically what go bad and lead to outages. Also, with the new technology comes a much faster operator so your wait time on the ramp or at the entrance will be relatively significantly reduced.
The following video will give you an idea of what to expect.
