Effective March 1st, Guest Parking Coupons will be sold in the Management Office for $9/apiece and sold at Park Tower Market for $12/apiece.
As of March 1st, all guest parking coupons sold through the management office go up $1 apiece – packs of 5 will be $45, packs of 10 $90 and so on. For coupons purchased at Park Tower Market, the increase is $4 each – packs of 4 will be $60, packs of 10 $120, and so on.
The large increase for tickets purchased at the market is due to the way taxes are now calculated and audited by the City. When residents and owners purchase them through the office, we can verify and confirm residency with more certainty and keep the necessary records to remain exempt from municipal taxes.
February is the last month you may purchase any of these guest parking coupons at $8 each, or $40 for a pack of 5, ($80 for 10 and so on) in either the office or the market. Feel free to purchase them now and they can be used for future guest parking.
