ORIGINAL POST:
For multiple reasons, not the least of which is the fact so many of our Owners and Residents are forced to be at home around the clock right now due to the COVID-19 crisis, both the planned Garage Concrete Repairs and Riser Projects have been postponed.
Our team is constantly monitoring the evolution of events, and will be keeping a pulse on how that impacts residents lives and the outlook for getting these (and other) projects started. Preparations will continue to the best of our ability, so we are ready to get going when we can. Once it is determined we can safely and soundly schedule new start dates, notices will be posted and distributed.
Looking at the calendar, as everything stands now, we’d like to set some base expectations:
- Friday, May 1st – Notice to be issued for either continued postponement or that riser and/or garage work is being rescheduled, and the requisite timeline expected and other details. Should postponement be necessary:
- Monday, June 1st – Notice to be issued for either continued postponement or that riser and/or garage work is being rescheduled, and the requisite timeline expected and other details. Should postponement be necessary:
- Monday, July 6th – Notice to be issued for either continued postponement or that riser and/or garage work is being rescheduled, and the requisite timeline expected and other details. Should postponement be necessary:
- Monday, August 3rd – Notice to be issued for either continued postponement or that riser and/or garage work is being rescheduled, and the requisite timeline expected and other details. Should postponement be necessary:
- Tuesday, September 1st – Notice to be issued for either continued postponement or that riser and/or garage work is being rescheduled, and the requisite timeline expected and other details. Should postponement be necessary:
After this point, our team would be working closely with the Board to consider future timing of work activities relative to the holidays and winter weather considerations. We would communicate as necessary with Owners, residents and parkers.
