The reality is, Saturday, Sunday and Monday night will likely sound like a warzone overnight, at a minimum. But a lot of it will be illegal fireworks.
Some may have already noticed signage out and about, including right at our gate entrance into the Park. It is indeed a State law which prohibits the use of fireworks, and frankly right now conditions are far to dry to risk it.
The sign is a result of complaints made following last years 4th of July display out back. And that is, the amateur display which saw very large and loud ordinances being used within a short walk of the building. Even smaller fireworks were reported hitting Park Tower, and materials were found on our deck.
Of course we urge all Owners and Residents to be smart, be safe and observe legal limits of fireworks use. Also, if you do see this happening, please call 911.
