We are pleased to present our winners for this seasons Park Tower Condo Photo Contest.

We received entries from over 30 residents. In all we reviewed almost 200 photos. And as always since we started this tradition, we had a very difficult time choosing the finalists.

The Categories were:

1. Exterior Park Tower (Original shots of the Park Tower.)
2. Edgewater Fall 2016 (Season specific landscape original photos of the neighborhood.)
3. Sunrises/Sunsets (Original shots of sunrises or sunsets from a Park Tower unit.)

Each of these categories has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place. And one of those was also chosen for the Grand Prize. It is worth mentioning, the GP winner won in a photo finish.

Also, we added a “Manager’s Favorite” category.
