Calling our PTCA Resident Photographers…get your cameras ready, and snap some pics for us, as the seasons change!

Hard to believe the summer is already coming to an end. To soften the blow Park Tower Management is pleased to announce we are organizing our next photo contest for Owners and Residents. And this time we want to focus on season specific pics and landscapes. We will be putting together a complete list of prizes and sponsors, and will post those prior to the deadline. The Grand Prize will be a $250 VISA Gift Card.

To Participate:
1. You need only be a Resident or Owner of Park Tower, 18 years or older.
2. You agree to allow PTCA to use your name and photo in future e-mailings and postings, including our Weekly PT News and Updates and the website at www.ptcondo.com.
3. Photos can be prints or digital and should be new and original.

Entries must be submitted to the Management Office in person or via e-mail at parktowercondo@dkcondo.com by Friday November 11th, at 5pm.

The Categories:
Photos will be sorted into one of the following three categories.
1. Exterior Park Tower (Original shots of the Park Tower.)
2. Edgewater Fall 2016 (Season specific landscape original photos of the neighborhood.)
3. Sunrises/Sunsets (Original shots of sunrises or sunsets from a Park Tower unit.)

(By original we mean it should be a picture that you took.) 🙂

Expected Prizes:
Grand Prize for the Best Overall Photo
1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes for Each Category

We expect to release a full list of the anticipated prizes by Friday November 11th.

Judging:

Volunteer members of the staff will be chosen to judge photos on a point scale of 1-10. The total combined scores from each judge will be averaged to determine the total points for each photo. The highest scores will determine the winners. The photo with the most points will win the grand prize. The photos with the most points under each category will win first prizes, and so forth.

Winners will be announced by Friday November 18th, via e-mail and on our website at www.ptcondo.com.
