In Observance Of The Current State Of Illinois Stay At Home Order, Face Coverings Are Required In All Park Tower Common Areas
We hope all our Owners, Residents and your families are well and staying healthy. This pandemic is testing all of us – someone once said, “Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting”. Probably easier said than done!
You are probably aware the Governor recently announced COVID-19 Executive Order #30, mandating face coverings/masks to be worn in public places where a six-foot (6’) social distancing cannot be maintained, effective May 1. Accordingly, face-coverings will be required in all public indoor spaces, such as stores, common areas of buildings, etc. Here, that means everywhere within the building outside your Units. In light of these facts, we strongly encourage everyone to protect themselves and adhere to this Executive Order in the interest of your safety and the well-being of your families, neighbors and fellow residents.
Please be aware, Management and the Association’s Board will be following this Executive Order, and enforcing it if necessary consistent with the Assocaition’s governing documents. Reports of either face coverings not being worn or Social Distancing guidelines not being observed, will be investigated as best we are reasonably able. Because the requirements are a matter of law pursuant to the Executive Order, Owners can be fined if residents and guests are not observing them. If you are expecting guests, contractors, deliveries please advise them in advance, face coverings must be worn to enter or move about the common areas of Park Tower.
To the extent you are able – Stay Safe – Stay Home!
