Fellow Park Tower Owners and Residents,

SEASON’S GREETINGS! The Board of Directors wishes all PTCA Owners, Residents, families and friends a happy, safe and festive season, and the best in the New Year to come.

As 2017 draws to a close, we’d like to request your help demonstrating appreciation to the dedicated team who maintains and cares for Park Tower. This year, in particular, we had a lot on the plate including two riser projects, pool and health club improvements, the roof project, deck planter repairs, and the security system rehab. Some of these efforts are just now wrapping up. They help coordinate these and other important repairs and improvements to our community while minimizing the inconvenience to residents and owners and keeping up with the daily routine. Responding to our calls, emergencies and urgent situations as they arise, dealing with challenging situations, sometimes at the spur of the moment with limited resources. Work often done with a smile and positive attitude.

To help show our collective appreciation, the Employee Holiday fund is established each year made up of voluntary donations from Owners and Residents. The funds collected are distributed to 32 employees including maintenance, door staff, garage and health club attendants, and the management office.  In preparation for your holidays, we ask you to consider these loyal and dedicated people. Keep in mind, some employees are highly visible, while others work behind the scenes or at very late hours. But they all deserve our recognition. As a team their combined efforts help protect our community and promote a pleasant living experience at Park Tower.

To contribute to the fund, please make a check or money order payable to:

“Park Tower Employee Holiday Fund”

Contributions may be placed in the drop box at the front desk, or dropped off at the Management Office. Please do not leave cash.  The employees will receive their gift at the annual employee holiday party with a letter of appreciation and list of all the contributors. So funds are available in time, please make your contribution by Wednesday December 20th.
