1P & 2P Garage Electric Repairs Taking Place On Wednesday & Thursday January 20^th & 21^st 11pm to 4am, Which May Resulted In Some Noticeable Outages To Lights And Fixtures Including The Mall Elevators, Cabs 7 & 8

Budgeted electrical repairs which will effect several areas of the building inside and out, have been scheduled to take place in the garage Wednesday and Thursday January 20^th and 21^st. On 1P work is expected to take place on January 20th 11pm to 4am, and 2P January 21st 11pm to 4am. Areas within the mall will be without lighting at times, as well as an array of other systems. Below is a list of areas are systems impacted which you may notice:

1P Garage January 20^th 11PM-4AM

The plaza/Go Grocer sign, men’s mall washroom and bathroom heaters and the 1P Garage lights.

2P Garage January 20^th 11PM-4AM

Exterior Lights North West, South West & East, and North East, Elevators 7 & 8, East lobby lights.

The electrical panels being worked on are original to the construction of the building, and we suspect there are other things that may have been tied into them over the past several decades, that may not have been labeled or labeled properly. Our team will be on site with the contractor doing the work, not only to help with any unexpected outages of other fixtures and systems, but to assess any such outages and get the panel properly labeled.

So, if you are coming or going from the garage on these dates and times, we apologize in advance for any confusion this may cause while we are doing this work. We appreciate all residents and parkers patience and understanding while this work is being done.
