All Three Incumbents Reelected To 2-Year Terms To Serve On The PTCA Board
The official results of the Board Election of Park Tower Condominium Association’s 2017 Annual Meeting, were certified by PT’s auditing firm Picker and Associates.
The 2017 Annual Meeting was held as scheduled on June 12, 2017, at 7:30pm in the Party Room. There were no nominations from the floor, so the only candidates were the three current members running for reelection as indicated on the notice mailed to Owners on May 19th, 2017.
According to Picker and Associates, the following candidates listed in alphabetical order, received all the votes cast either by ballot or proxy.
Candidates elected for a two-year term are:
Paul Heck – 26.92%
Michael Parrie – 31.52%
Jean Shamo – 22.83%The Ownership percentage of the Association which voted in the election (aka meeting quorum) was 28.73%.
