Owners who receive a paper statement have already received them in the mail. It is just the electronic statements, which are archived through a 3rd Party online, that are not yet available. If you are registered for e-statements, and log in to www.estmt.net, you will still see your past statements for up to 6 months, but April is not yet reflecting.
We’ve been told that they are troubleshooting this issue and hopefully will have it resolved, and kick out the e-mail notifications soon.
Owners can still log in to the online Rent Cafe Owner Portal, (Click the ‘Payment’ option above on the PTCondo Menu), and view their account and make payments electronically. This is assuming you have registered for the Rent Cafe Owner Portal, which is separate from the estmt.net platform.

For the time being, late fees will be suspended until this matter is resolved. Once it is we will publish a new grace period deadline for April. Payment does still need to be made and all other collections procedures will be followed.
