This summer, Draper and Kramer successfully launched a new Pay Portal for all their managed communities. Announcements were sent to everyone in our system with an e-mail address. If you did not get this, and would like to check it out please e-mail us at parktoweramgr@draperandkramer.com. We will send you an invite.
The new Pay Portal offers additional payment options (debit card, ACH and ACH recurring payments on the date of your choice), lower credit card and checking account fees, real time unit account ledgers, the ability to manage multiple units from a single log in, and full control of your banking information.
ALL OWNERS CAN REGISTER, AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO!
The new portal allows owners to review their account and ledger REAL TIME. If you have an e-mail registered with us, you’ve probably already received these invites with a link to register. If not and you want to register, IT’S VERY EASY – You just need an e-mail address and then submit us a request at parktoweramgr@draperandkramer.com. We will send a link with instructions of how to register, login and get started.
For all our owners whom either pay online through their own bank (like Chase), pay through D&K’s Direct Debit service, or if you mail or bring payment directly to the office, you don’t have to do anything – it does not effect you (unless you want to register to be able to access your account information). But otherwise, for those of you paying online through the portal – or if you want to be able to – it just got a lot easier!
Some of the features include:
Live Access to your Owner Ledger – You will be able to view your monthly statements, ledger balances and ledger history online. If you make a payment on the Payment Portal you will be able see your transaction applied on your ledger. You will also be able to pay for specific charges (i.e work order charge, amenity reservation charge, etc.). And of course, you will have access to your account history.
Multiple Payment Options Available For Payment including ACH & Credit Card, One-Time Payment and Recurring Payments – You will have the option to choose how you want to pay your assessments, fees and other miscellaneous charges and with which account you want to pay. ALL major credit cards are now accepted.
Higher Limit on Payment Amount – The new Payment Portal accepts payments up to $50,000 for a single transaction. The old system only allowed transactions up to $5,000.
Lower Service Fees for both ACH and Credit Card payments compared to the old payment module – (NO service fees go to Draper and Kramer – the go to the 3rd party managing the transaction.)
– Credit Card Transactions 2.5% of the transaction (vs 3.5% on the old system)
– ACH Transactions $1.00 per transaction (vs $1.95 on the old system)
