We learned this week that delivery problems with both FedEx and the US Mail, resulted in delays for the posting of several batches of Unit Owner assessment payments.
For that reason and to reasonably compensate for the timing issues we’ve observed, late fees will not be processed until after Monday November 15th. So, everyone has some extra time to get their payments in or to make sure their checks have cleared and check your account status if you need to.
