This Committee was formed by the Board to review the Association’s governing documents, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for any possible changes or amendments. After that, it is expected the Board will consider having the Declaration updated by legal counsel to incorporate amendments already in place and any changes to bring the Decs & Bylaws in line with current law. This will include considering recommendations from the Committee. Where required, such changes would be sent to Unit Owners for a vote.
On Wednesday the Committee voted on a possible chairman and a number of changes in membership. These will be considered by the Board. They also set a proposed schedule for upcoming meetings, expected the 4th Tuesday of each month, at 7pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room:

ALL OWNERS are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend these meetings. Discussion will only be held among the appointed members, however the chair may elect to answer questions or accept feedback from owners who attend to observe. Because most changes require a vote of the ownership in order to be incorporated, the Committee welcomes attendance by non-members to help improve understanding of whatever they may ultimately recommend to the Board for consideration.
