A Crane Will Be Removing Old Equipment And Delivering New Equipment
Tuesday May 28th 7am to 9am & Thursday May 30th 7am to 9am
There will be very minimal Heating (if necessary) or Cooling of the Weight Room and Racquetball Court during this time, and until the new unit is activated sometime on Friday May 31st.
THERE WILL BE NOISE FROM THIS WORK BEGINNING AROUND 7AM on these days, which cannot be controlled due to the logistics involved with securing and getting a crane here to accomplish this. ’06, ’07, ’08, ’09, ’10 and ’11 units, particularly on lower floors, will be able to see and hear this work as it is underway.
On Tuesday May 28th and Thursday May 30th from approximately 7am-9am, there will be a CRANE in the market loading dock across the driveway from 5445. On Tuesday, we expect to remove an old HVAC unit and on Thursday they will deliver the new one for installation. There will be one lane open in the driveway for traffic to come and go on both those days between approximately 7am and 9am. Our security team and the engineer will be present to help manage and direct traffic.
