It has been a difficult and challenging 5 months for everyone – the community, our Owners, residents and the staff. First, a TREMENDOUS thank you for all the continued support during this unprecedented time.

We want to update everyone on the latest:

GUEST POLICY – Limit Of 5 Guests Per Unit!

Sadly, the COVID numbers have worsened over the past two weeks, and as a result some restrictions returned with an amendment to the Mayor’s citywide health emergency order. New for us, ALL UNITS ARE LIMITED TO HOSTING 5 GUESTS, at any one time. Our door staff and security have been advised to monitor traffic, and to report possible infractions. We have been instructed to contact 911 and it is our understanding they may come and any violation of this order could result in a ticket. We take this very seriously and will cooperate with the authorities, as this is about your health and safety, your neighbors’ and our staff.

HEALTH CLUB

While the Health Club is open, we are strictly enforcing the re-opening policies passed by the Board of Directors and consistent with the City’s guidelines, copies of which you can find on the table by the Lobby Front Desk, or online at www.ptcondo.com. To date, 5 memberships have been suspended. 4 due to face covering violations, and 1 due to a Key Card not being returned immediately following use.

FACE COVERINGS

All reports of individuals not wearing face coverings are being investigated. Reminders have gone to about 30 residents and Owners. Final warnings have gone to about 5 residents and Owners, and we are fining the first Owner this week $25, after warnings went ignored. AND PLEASE, common sense – wearing a face covering means wearing it correctly. Both your nose and mouth should be covered. Inside the building, this is required 100% of the time, by 100% of our residents, throughout 100% of our common areas. Also, be aware we have learned of at least two residents ticketed by the authorities, for not wearing a face covering. If the Association is asked to share surveillance, we will cooperate with the police.

DON’T FORGET THE BASICS:

We are encouraging everyone to Stay Home and Stay Safe, of course if it is not necessary to go elsewhere. And remember the Three W’s:

WASH your hands regularly, and thoroughly for a minimum of 20 seconds.

WEAR your face covering, over your mouth and nose.

WATCH your distance, and be mindful of others personal space, keeping 6 feet of distance between you and anyone else wherever possible.
