As presently posted throughout Park Tower’s common areas, entryways and elevators, the Board of Directors set in place updated guidance and enforcement policies to help manage the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic. The goal of these policies is to help protect Owners, residents, their families, our staff, guests and the community. Most recently passed at the August 10th Board Meeting, are the following key policies:
Despite the posted notices, we’ve received multiple complaints from both residents and the staff – confirmed via surveillance – of residents, owners, guests, delivery personnel, and others, not wearing their face coverings over the nose and mouth. So far, the following fines have been charged to the corresponding Unit Owner under the present policy:
10 fines of $50 charged
3 fines of $100 charged
3 fines of $200 charged
1 fine of $400 charged
1 fine of $800 charged
1 fine of $1000 charged
Also, 6 memberships to the Health Club are currently suspended under the policies governing the facility, including 3 from the neighboring building 5445.
WE ARE WRITING ABOUT THIS FOR TWO MAIN REASONS – 1. We are getting complaints every day, asking what we are doing about people not complying. So, this is to help address these questions, and 2. The pandemic is not going anywhere. Face coverings and reduced elevator traffic are here to stay indefinitely, and we urge everyone to take this seriously. You, your family, all occupants, visitors, guests, delivery personnel, contractors – EVERYONE – must observe these policies.
