PLEASE BE ADVISED as of Friday November 13th, 2020 – Due to the status of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recent Stay-At-Home Advisory issued by Mayor Lightfoot, Management Office hours have been reduced to 8am-12pm Monday thru Friday until further notice.
PLEASE SUPPORT OUR STAFF IN THEIR EFFORTS – Avoid any unnecessary traffic throughout the building, whether with the Office, Lobby Front Desk, Health Club, Garage or Maintenance. If your business does not need to be conducted in person, please communicate electronically or by phone.
WORK ORDERS AND NON-ESSENTIAL SERVICES, will be on hold until further notice. Our staff is only able to respond to emergencies and services directly related to the habitability of the community, such as Heating, Electrical, Water Service and Fire/Life Safety.
IN GENERAL, we strongly discourage any non-essential or unnecessary traffic, to improve our community’s chances of slowing the spread of this deadly virus.

After regular business hours, for urgent matters or for immediate attention, you can contact our Lobby front desk for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 773-769-3083.
