Cooling Season Is Here!

With the present weather outlook being as it is, we are beginning our hard transition over to cooling. We expect AC to be the rule, rather than the exception, going forward.
We will continue to have heating available should the weather call for it, until mid-June. After that time the boilers will be taken out of service for seasonal maintenance.
In general, it is very likely heating will only come on if at all at night. Our system will remain set to transition over to heat when outdoor temps are in the low 50s or colder. That is typically when we see heating is needed this time of year. We have sensors throughout the interior and exterior of the building, including the hallways which usually give us a pretty good idea of temps in PT homes. So our staff will continue to monitor those very closely should we need to switch manually to heat.
