Presents recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the use and control of funds of The Park Tower Condominium Association and to review the annual operating and reserve budgets and the Association’s annual audit. This Commission shall examine and analyze monthly financial and other statistical statements related to the Association’s operations and other financial matters, as the Board deems necessary.

Communicates facts, event schedules and information about Association business and activities through any medium deemed appropriate, possibly including but not limited to a newsletter, website and Facebook page.
This Commission is inactive at this time.
Presents recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding enforcement actions to take in response to violations of the Association’s Declaration & Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, or the law. Also, to perform any other activities related to the Association’s Rules and Regulations as may be directed or deemed necessary by the Board.

Presents suggestions and recommendations for maintenance and administration of the Health Club, through the Management to the Board of Directors. The Commission may also be given specific direction or requests for particular projects including budgeting and deadlines by the Board as projects are proposed.

Presents suggestions and recommendations for decorating, landscaping and other improvement projects to the Board of Directors. The Commission may also be given specific direction or requests for particular projects including budget and deadlines by the Board as projects are proposed. Once a project is approved by the Board of Directors, the Home Improvement Commission shall provide guidance, direction and recommendations as needed for a standard of design and colors for painting, carpeting, fixtures, furniture and other improvements to the common elements as may be necessary. The Commission will be consulted by Management for budgeted landscaping maintenance and plantings.

Presents suggestions and recommendations for social activities to the Board of Directors. Once approved by the Board of Directors, the Social Commission shall coordinate recurring, special, social and recreational activities, and recommend budgets for any such activities. The Commission shall keep track of income and expenses for each social function and review other social matters that may be brought to its attention by the Board of Directors.

Communicates rules, facts, and information about Park Tower Condo and Association living to all new Owners and Tenants of Park Tower. The Committee will hand out useful forms and notices with information pertinent to Park Tower, including the rules and regulations and other documents that all residents and owners should be familiar with.

This is a taskforce formed by the Board in February 2024, who’s mission is to review the Rules And Regs Handbook and consider any updates and changes. Any agreed to will be formally recommended to the Board for potential amendments.
