We had to turn away few residents that stopped by this week as we were troubleshooting errors that some were getting when they were trying to use the system. However, the vendor who helps us maintain our network believes they’ve succeeded in working out the bugs, and we can now resume programming the app.
We are extending the time – feel free to stop by between 8am and 4pm so we can program your phone. If you have not already downloaded the app, please do so before you stop by. That is the “ExacqVision Mobile” available on both iPhone and Android—just search your app store for “ExacqVision Mobile.” You can also learn more about the app here:

As part of our continued effort to enhance building security, safety, and accessibility, we’re excited to announce the launch of remote access to our common area surveillance cameras starting Tuesday, April 15th, in person between 10am and 4pm in the office.
This new feature will allow residents to view live feeds from key areas of the property directly on their smart devices using the ExacqVision Mobile app. This upgrade replaces the old Channel 195 television view, which was discontinued as part of the recent ASTOUND Fiber transition.
The new system comes with expanded capabilities and more flexibility. You’ll now be able to access multiple camera views anytime, from anywhere. You will be able to view the Main Lobby, Main Entrance, North Lobby Entrance, Circle Drive, Laundry Room, Package Room, Sundeck, and the Garage Office.
To activate access to the camera system, residents will need to visit the Management Office in person between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday -Friday. You’ll receive your personal login credentials, and a member of our team will enter a one-time security code into your smart device to complete the setup, so please bring your smart device to the Management Office.
Please come prepared by downloading the “ExacqVision Mobile” app ahead of time.
It’s available on both iPhone and Android—just search your app store for “ExacqVision Mobile.”

We understand that the 10AM–4PM timeframe may not work for everyone. In the coming weeks, we will begin offering appointment-only early morning and evening timeslots for residents. More information on how to schedule one of these appointments will be shared soon.
This is an awesome step forward for our community’s safety and accessibility. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this transition period.
Please contact the Management Office via email at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com or via phone at 773-769.3250 with any questions you may have.
However, we’ve been working on a replacement for this service with new capabilities, which we are very excited to say is just around the corner. As with any change, there will be advantages and disadvantages. The main disadvantage being that you can’t just go to Channel 195 to see the lobby on your television. This service will only be available with use of a smart phone mobile app: ExacqVision Mobile.
The main advantage is the capabilities. In fact, not only will the Lobby Camera be available to view, several other locations will be available for viewing. This includes the following: Main Lobby, Main Entrance, North Lobby Entrance, Circle Drive, Laundry Room, Package Room, Sundeck and Garage Office
To learn more about this app, you can read about it online at https://www.exacq.com/products/mobile/.
Everything is in place to begin using this service and in fact management already has remote access to the building’s surveillance network. We are ironing out a few more details before formally launching it for use by residents. HOWEVER, you can take the first step by downloading the app, available for both I-phones and Androids. Just do a search in your device’s app store for “exacqVision Mobile”. The thumbnail picture should look something like this:
You do not need to do anything else with the app for now. Just have it downloaded to your smart phone so once we release the next steps, you will be ready to go. The next step will require making an appointment with the office…so having the app already on your phone is important. More To Come!
Unfortunately, Channel 196 which has been running building business and activity announcements, will also no longer be available. Fortunately, you are visiting the alternative now. And as always, we encourage everyone to check-in with www.ptcondo.com to keep up with all the latest PTCA business, news and activities.
