Owners and Residents: The Ad Hoc Cable/Internet Commission Needs Your Help!

Park Tower’s current Cable TV and Internet Service contract will expire in April 2019.  The PTCA Board of Directors formed a Taskforce of Unit Owners and they are considering options to recommend for future services.

So they can consider everyone’s needs and wants as it relates to these services for the next contract period, the Taskforce has asked that Unit Owners and Residents complete a short informational survey:

PLEASE FOLLOW THE SURVEY INSTRUCTIONS – any surveys with answers outside the given parameters may not be considered.

Please reply by August 15. Responses received after the 15th may not be considered.

Every unit owner may respond, even if you rent your unit. Only one response per unit will be considered for a Unit Owner – so, any co-owners should decide who is responding! Also, for units that are rented, only one renter should respond, so co-renters and room mates should decide. 

Questions 10, 11 and 12, noted with an asterisk (*), require a response in order for you to complete the survey.

If you are an owner renting out a unit, the Committee requests you estimate your answers for that unit based on your understanding of your renter’s needs.

For Owners and Residents who are not on our e-mail list, a hard copy will be distributed the week of July 30th.

The results of this survey will help the Committee as they decide what recommendations to make to the Board of Directors. We greatly appreciate everyone’s time and effort responding.
