These are the minutes of the Board of Directors of the PARK TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation.

Call to Order

Vince DiFruscio chaired and called this meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

Motion

Resolved to ratify the approval of directing Management to not make the budgeted contributions to reserves this year, but to defer the contributions of $127,250.00 to next year’s budget. Upon due motion by Vince DiFruscio and seconded by Bob Pierce, the Board voted to ratify the approval of directing Management to not make contributions to reserves in the amount of $127,250.00.  Rosalie Sutcher approved this motion with serious reservations and Herbert Hellauer abstained.

Additional Matters

In the last Board meeting it was announced that the State Representative Harry Osterman would be the guest speaker at the October 24th Board meeting.  Harry Osterman has rescheduled for the November 21st meeting.

Adjournment

Upon due motion by Vince DiFruscio and seconded by Herbert Hellauer the meeting adjourned at 7:53 pm.
