Statement of Purpose of Meeting
Board Treasurer Jean Shamo called the meeting to order and opened the meeting explaining this would be the second of three expected budget review meetings. She referenced the follow up memo sent by Management with responses to inquiries and updates from Budget Meeting #1 held on November 7th.
Review of Proposed Budget
Board Treasurer Jean Shamo explained the goal of the meeting was to review the budget income and expense categories for the garage, as well as building payroll, and that following that discussion there would be a Closed Session for review of legal and personnel matters relative to the budget.
Members from the Inactive Budget & Finance Committee, Rebecca Rossof and Oliver Tugend, were invited to participate.
Rebecca Rossof was present and participated with additional guidance and insights.
Discussion and Questions
Board Treasurer Jean Shamo led discussion for Budget Meeting #2. Page by page discussion was held for Garage Income and Garage Expenses. Management addressed inquiries and documented questions and edits for consideration and review at a future meeting.
Jean Shamo noted that Budget Meeting #3, expected to be the final review meeting, is planned for Saturday November 21st.
Adjournment
Jean Shamo adjourned the Open Session of the the November 14th, 2020 Board of Directors meeting at 9:58am.
