The PTCA Board has added meetings to the schedule in place, as follows:
Work is underway to provide owners proper notice via US Mail for these meetings. They have been added to conduct business which can otherwise not be discussed on the schedule already in place, which was previously mailed to Unit Owners on July 13, 2016. On October 31st, the Board will not be convening an Open Session, as they will be consulting on matters with the Association’s legal counsel.
The November 5th, 12th and 19th will be Open Session meetings added to review the proposed budget for next fiscal year. This was done because the Budget & Finance Committee has only three active members. The Board has requested those owners join the Board to discuss the proposed budget, however they felt having only 3 members, the Committee was at too much of a disadvantage this season. Otherwise, all owners are encouraged and welcome to attend these meetings.

This schedule was approved at the June 27, 2016 Board Meeting. All meetings will take place in the 2nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting is to conduct any urgent business necessary between the primary meetings if needed. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time, in which case notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board also approved holding four Resident Forums to meet and discuss items of interest with the unit owners and residents. These will not be Board Meetings. No Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present. The remaining forums for the current business year are scheduled for the following dates and times: Saturday November 5, 2016 at 1:00pm, Monday February 6, 2017 at 7:00pm, and Wednesday May 3, 2017 at 7:00pm, all in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
