At the Monday July 12th Board of Directors Meeting, the PTCA Board approved issuing Unit Owners notice for the anticipated schedule of Board Meeting for the 2021/2022 business year, July 2021 through July 2022, as well as dates for the quarterly Resident Forums.

This schedule was approved at the July 12, 2021, Board Meeting. Monday meetings will take place in the 2^nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm (and Saturdays at 9am as noted), unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting will be held as needed to conduct any business necessary between the primary meetings. All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time. Notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for discussing business with owners AND Residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present.  These are scheduled for: Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 7pm; Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 7pm; Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 11am; and Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 7pm. All forums will take place in the Party Room otherwise posted.
