This schedule was approved at the June 22, 2020, Board Meeting. Monday meetings will take place in the 2^nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm (and Saturdays at 9am as noted) or at www.zoom.us, unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting will be held as needed to conduct any business necessary between the primary meetings. All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time. Notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for discussing business with owners AND Residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present.  These are scheduled for: Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 7pm; Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7pm; Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11am; and Monday, April 19, 2021 at 7pm. All forums will take place in the Party Room, or www.zoom.us, unless otherwise posted.
