This schedule was approved at the June 26, 2017 Board Meeting. Monday meetings will take place in the 2nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm (and Saturdays at 9am as noted) unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting will be held as needed to conduct any business necessary between the primary meetings. All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time. Notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for discussing business with owners AND Residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present. These are scheduled for: Wednesday August 2, 2017 at 7pm, Monday October 30, 2017 at 7pm, Saturday February 3, 2018 at 11am, and Tuesday May 1, 2018 at 7pm. All forums will take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
