OWNER FORUM – 7:30pm – 15 minutes, 2 minutes per person

Board Members and Management will address questions and feedback from Unit Owners present.

OPEN SESSION – Call to Order

The meeting will be called to order and the chair (expected to be Board Secretary Betty Terry-Lundy) will confirm a quorum of members is present. Please be courteous – no audience participation is permitted.  Speakers will be recognized by the Meeting Chair.

Committee Reports

Committees will be welcomed to report on business and activities.

Board Report

The meeting chair may report or comment on current Association business.

Minutes – Unit Owner Meeting January 11, 2016

Attached for Board of Directors review, are the proposed minutes for the Unit Owner Meeting to discuss the proposed 2016/2017 budget, held on January 11, 2016, submitted by Timothy Patricio, Property Manager.
