Bike Room Winter Registration Rate

Make Some Room – Save Some Hassle – Store Your Bike For Winter Rate Of $30 Until Annual Registration in May 2021
Keeping that bike in your Unit? We have space available in the bike room…reduce the hassle, keep those dirty tires out of the building and make more space for yourself by storing your bike in the bike room.
For the remainder of the winter, registration is reduced to $30 for storage through May 2021, around which time we plan to conduct our annual registration. At that time, continue to use the bike room at the annual rate of $60.
Management beginning our annual Bike Room audit effort and bike registrations for 2020. By Saturday August 15th, at 5pm, ALL bicycles will need to have their new 2020 PTCA Registration Sticker. All bikes will need the new sticker affixed to the bicycle, to be able to remain stored in the bike room after August 15th.
