Our Team Completed The Annual Audit And Found Very Few Exceptions

So, things will go a little bit easier this year. Everyone whose bike is presently registered with the current license sticker and we confirmed occupying their space, will be automatically renewed for 2024. There will be no new stickers this year, thanks mostly in part to our relatively clean audit results.  The registration fee will be charged to the Unit Owner accounts automatically. The fee has not changed – $60 for the bottom rack and $48 for the upper rack and wall hangers.

Renters can pay in the office with a cashier’s check or money order, unless their Owner has approved for the office to accept personal checks. Otherwise, the renter could reimburse their Unit Owner through their rent payment. Owners with bikes can obviously just pay with their assessments.

IF YOU WISH TO STOP USING THE SPACE, your bike should be removed by the end of the month, Tuesday April 30th. Please confirm with us via e-mail at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com, or stop by the office once this is done, and we will remove you from the list.

Some parkers have received notices as a result of the audit. We have some stickers missing, and a couple bikes do appear to be squatting. If you received a notice, please contact us right away so we can resolve any issues. Even if you believe there is a mistake, contact us and we will get it straightened out.

ALSO, for GREEN WEEK we’ve once again arranged for Joe with ON THE FLY BICYCLE REPAIR to be in back on the Park Tower dock on Friday and Saturday April 26th and 27th – 4pm to 8pm on Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday. Some Key services available include:

– Complete Tune Up $95 (adjust brakes and gears, wheel truing, safety check, air pressure and lubrication)

– Tune Up PLUS $135 (includes complete drivetrain cleaning)

– Full Rebuild $300 (full disassembly, fresh grease, new cables, and complete drivetrain degrease and reinstall)
