No Bathroom Exhaust Service From Monday January 27th Thru Thursday January 30th

Our maintenance team reports that the main exhaust system serving all bathroom vents building wide, is schedule to undergo repairs between Monday January 27th and Thursday January 30th. In order to accommodate the necessary work, the fan serving the lines to the vents will be inoperable during this time. The fixture is being taken apart and the fan will be unable to run, reducing overall airflow and circulation within the building. .

The work is taking place in the mechanical penthouse on the 56th floor. Residents from about the 50th floor to the 55th floor may hear noise from time to time during the day, while the repair team is working.

They plan the work to start at 8am on MONDAY January 27th and be done by THURSDAY January 30th by 5pm. The exhaust will be completely shut off during this timeframe, for all bathrooms in all the units in the building until the repairs are done and the fixture us put back together and returned to service. There is a possibility the work will be done a day sooner if all goes well, and barring any unknown conditions that would need to be addressed.
