CONTINUING ON SCHEDULE!
Major plumbing and pipe insulation work on the 12/14 unit hot water riser is completed. We are now working from top down with reframing and re-install of drywall. All walls that were open will be sealed back up and prepped for painting. A standard white primer coat of paint will be provided. Owners or residents may supply paint if they would like a particular color. All fixtures will be reinstalled and connected. A general cleaning of the work areas will be performed, and the house plumber and a building engineer will inspect the area upon completion.
As the crews continue with reconstruction, any residents in the affected units should not hesitate to report any issues or concerns you have with the work. As the project reaches major completion, we due turn our focus to “punchlist items”, which tend to be smaller details that residents and owners bring to our attention.
