Auditor Presentation Monday Nov. 22nd 7:30pm

The Association’s auditor with Picker & Associates will be making a presentation at the Board Meeting scheduled for Monday November 22nd, at 7:30pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room.
Shortly thereafter the Board and Budget & Finance Commission are expected to hold a closing discussion at the 3rd and final anticipated Board Meeting for review of the proposed budget for the 2022/2023 fiscal year.
Picker & Associates completed their review of the 2020/2021 Fiscal Year financial statements for the Association, and management incorporated their initial findings into the proposed budget for 2022/2023. The auditor is expected to speak about their findings, review highlights and points of interest, and answer any questions.
Owners are encouraged to attend this meeting. In preparation, the “DRAFT” of the audit is available here for review:
THIS IS ONLY A DRAFT, and will not be a permanent record of the Association in its current form. It will not be finalized unless and until the Board accepts the audit.
Hard copies of the draft will also be made available at the meeting for Owners who would like to follow along with the discussion and/or ask questions.
