WE STRONGLY SUGGEST – anytime you make an order on Amazon, being delivered by entities other than USPS, UPS or FedEx – IN PARTICULAR deliveries made by Amazon Drivers themselves – that you include delivery instructions for our loading dock to be used for delivery and for packages to be left at our receiving room.
Sadly, packages have been left at a variety of random locations including the front desk, and drivers typically drag their bags through the common areas, scratching the floors and even damaging walls and doors.
So we are forced to get more aggressive, and therefore we are distributing the following warning:
ATTENTION AMAZON DRIVERS
AND DELIVERY STAFF
You must use the loading dock of this building, and drop packages off at our receiving room for all deliveries which can not be picked up immediately by the customer. The loading dock can be accessed from the driveway on the North side of the building – drive all the way back to the park, turn right and go all the way down to the parking area with the brown double doors. The receiving room is straight through the double doors, straight across the mall and into the Tower where the dry cleaner is located.
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS REQUEST, and your presence in our lobby or dumping packages at any other location on Park Tower Property, will be considered TRESPASSING!
Our apologies, but we can no longer tolerate the traffic, the packages being dropped at our front desk and other random locations throughout our property, or the damage done to our floors and walls throughout our lobby and other locations when the deliveries are dragged through.
ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE MADE TO OUR LOADING DOCK! ALL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE CHECKED IN WITH OUR RECEIVING ROOM, if they are not to be accepted in person by the Amazon Customer.
This warning will be enforced. Our state of the art surveillance is recording you right now, your vehicle AND your license plate. PLEASE, work with us and abide by this request in order to avoid this matter being escalated to the authorities.
