Dear Park Tower Board Members,

My name is Salvatore Bondi and a resident of the EBA, and Edgewater Community for over 5 years.  This past May, my two year term as EBA President expired…so I volunteered for another board…ACTHA.

I understand that Park Tower is a member of ACTHA.  Thank you.  As you know, ACTHA, an Illinois-based organization that provides tools and resources to board members and unit owners in community associations (condo, townhouse, HOA, co-op).

On September 9, ACTHA will hold a Chicago conference, a half-day event that blends education sessions with a forum to connect with vendors (attorneys, contractors, financial, etc;) who serve our industry.  Our opening session speaker is attorney Howard Dakoff, who writes the Condo Adviser column for the Chicago Tribune, Sunday edition.  Both association attendee and vendor registration is available at www.actha.org or by calling 312-987-1906.  The Conference is FREE to all ACTHA Members!

This is a great opportunity for board members and unit owners to Exchange Ideas, Find Solutions, and Meet Industry Professionals.
