Planned Shut Down To HVAC System To Accommodate Maintenance

Air Conditioning will not be available on

Wednesday September 14th, between 7am and 3pm

This temporary shutdown is necessary to accommodate planned replacements to our Heating and Cooling system. Knowing the system has to be off to complete the work, we purposefully scheduled it to occur in the fall when the weather is typically more moderate. It does need to be done before we transition to heating, so now is the time. With a more moderate forecast before us, we have pulled the trigger for Wednesday.

As for our coming change in seasons, following this work, as always our staff will keep a close eye on the weather and transition between heating and cooling as conditions dictate. Neither will be available on Wednesday between 7am and 3pm.

Your feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated. This time of year we realize it will not be 100% comfortable for 100% of our residents, 100% of the time.
