However, we do need to remove them from the area they are being stored. Ironic timing, but to be honest, a City Inspector walked through the location a couple weeks ago and gave us 30 days to have them removed. We were unknowingly brushing up against code related storage of such belongings in the location in question.
We already spoke to “Care For Real” and will be donating any bikes we still have as of July 12th.
PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, Click Here if you suspect we may have your bike(s). Otherwise, as of July 12th, they will be considered abandoned, and then donated to charity.
Consistent with the Association’s Rules and Regulations, these bikes will be donated to Charity if they are not retrieved.
ATTENTION BIKE SPACE OCCUPANTS! If you have not yet retrieved your bike, if it was left in the bike room during the maintenance and repair effort the week of May 13th – OR IF YOU ARE UNSURE – we are unable to continue storing your bike. SUCH BIKES WILL BE REMOVED AND DONATED TO CHARITY IF NOT RETRIEVED BY JUNE 28th.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the management office (773)769-3250 or email us at ParkTowerCondo@fsresidential.com.
