Deadline April 15th For Thermostat Program – FAQ Coming!

We are delighted to report we’ve had a robust response to the announcement for the Association’s Bulk Thermostat Installation Program. So far we have orders for about 40 installs!

Owners who would like to participate in the Bulk Thermostat Installation Program, have until Friday April 15th to decide if they want to have thermostats installed to operate their convector units.

If you have any questions about the Thermostat (Honeywell Fan Coil Tstat), the installation process or any other details, let us know right away.

We’ve gotten a lot of really good questions about the program from owners and resident. Some simple, some complicated. ALL questions are good though. So please e-mail me if you have any questions or need additional information to help you make a decision. Our team has a meeting scheduled with Dunning Electrical Monday April 4th. We will be reviewing the list of those who’ve already signed up, but most importantly we will be going over all the questions and feedback we’ve gotten so far.

After our meeting, we will release a detailed FAQ Sheet (frequently asked questions). If there is anything on your mind about the program, or your unclear or need additional information, try to let us know before Monday April 4th, and we will go over it with Dunning Electrical.

For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
