RULES RELATED TO THE WAIT LIST

Monthly parking spaces will be made available to owners and renters on the following basis: First to Park Tower resident owners: a self-park or valet space or a reserved two-car tandem space; second to Park Tower resident owners: a second individual self-park or valet space; third to renters: a self-park or valet space; and last to renters: a second self-park or valet space.

Residents on the wait list will be contacted as spaces become available in the order of sign-ups. A wait-listed parker who rejects a reasonable space when one is offered will be moved to the bottom of the list. Failure to accept a space within 24 hours of notification will result in being bypassed.
