The damage was caused by a leaking plumbing line in the crawl space above the ceiling, which has since been repaired.
The location of the anticipated repair work is just above the front of the lobby front desk. The team will work around the front desk as much as possible so that business can continue, such as guest and parker sign-ins and such.
A scaffold will be used while work is being done. It will be stored in the corner overnight and removed on Friday once work is completed. In addition, for safety barricades will be placed in appropriate locations while work is underway.
Work is expected to take place between 8am-4pm each day.
