On Thursday October 27, at 7pm in the 2^nd Floor Party Room, all Owners and residents are welcome and encouraged to join us for our 2nd quarterly PTCA Resident Forum for the 2022/2023 business year.

Residents and Owners may participate in the discussion as members of the Board address questions and feedback from members of the Park Tower Community. The next such Forum is scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11am; at 7pm.

The Party Room will be set up to accommodate reasonable social distancing. Face coverings over the nose and mouth continue to be mandatory in Common Areas, including the Party Room.

The next Board Meetings are scheduled for Monday October 24th and November 14th at 7:30PM. Also, Board Meetings with the Budget & Finance Commission are planned for Saturday November 5th, 12th & 19th, and the next Resident Forum is scheduled for Saturday January 28th. All such events are planned to be held in the 2nd Floor Party Room.

In case you missed it, the Chicago Tribune came out with a detailed investigative report this weekend regarding the financial malfeasance underlying the 2025 closure of Weiss Hospital and the 2026 closure of West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
