You are invited to attend a Virtual Community Review Meeting concerning the proposed Esports Gaming Cafe at 5214 N. Sheridan Rd. The applicant, XFun Entertainment, LLC, will provide an overview of the project, and provide responses to several questions and feedback raised during the community meeting held on Thursday, June 10.
XFun is requesting a zoning change from B3-5 to C1-5 to establish an indoor amusement arcade for computer gaming, with an accessory eating establishment for snacks and pre-packaged goods, i n the ground floor tenant space at 5214 N. Sheridan Road.
