We are pleased to report we had a record number of donors at 242, and a record collection of donations, at $32,651. That blows away the record by about $4000, making this year the first time the fund has exceeded $30,000.

Dear Owners and Residents,

On behalf of the entire staff, if you already donated to the 2020 Park Tower Employee Holiday Fund THANKS! Your gift means a lot to us!

If you have not, but plan to, now is your LAST CHANCE TO DONATE – In final preparation for the holidays, we humbly remind our residents and Owners to consider the loyal and dedicated people who work to care and maintain the Park Tower community.  To contribute, please make a check or money order payable to “Park Tower Condo Association”.

Collection Cutoff Wednesday DECEMBER 23rd 

Leave your check in the drop box at the front desk, or drop it off at the management office by Monday December 23rd. (Please do not leave cash.)  The employees will receive the contributions via the final Payroll of the year which will be processed beginning the 24th. Owners may opt to have their PTCA account charged – just fill out the form below and return it to the drop box at the front desk or the office. OR, e-mail a request to parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com, with a request to charge your account for your donation. Employees will receive their gift with the payroll following the cutoff.
