TO SUPPORT SOCIAL DISTANCING EFFORTS…
Temporary Elevator Etiquette
Our team’s goal is to have a janitor assigned to the lobby and elevators around the clock – 24/7. We are doing as much as we can to keep these locations clean and sanitized. But individuals can help protect yourselves, our staff and each other, with a few suggestions:
- Aim for a maximum of 2 to 4 people per elevator. If there are already multiple individuals when an elevator arrives for you, then wait for the next one.
- Try to angle yourself so you’re not directly facing each other.
- Please avoid coughing or sneezing in the elevator. If you are sick – please stay home.
- When on the elevator, greet each other with a nod and a smile, please, avoid socializing due to the confined Humans normally expel saliva when talking, which could place those on the elevator at risk.
- If someone is not observing this etiquette or is otherwise not be mindful of those on the elevator, don’t be confrontational. If you are able, step off and take the next elevator.
IF YOU ARE SICK, please Stay Home – contact your medical professional and follow their guidance! If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact the office via e-mail at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com or call 773-769-3250. We will do our reasonable best to suggest or coordinate help for you or provide guidance for you.
