The PTCA Board of Directors will be meeting as scheduled to review and consider the proposed budget for the Fiscal Year 2020/2021, which begins on Sunday March 1st, 2020.

Saturday Nov. 2, 2019 @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #1 – Categories: Expenses – Administrative, Contracted Operating, General Operating, and Maintenance/Repairs, and Recreational.

Saturday Nov. 9, 2019 @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #2 – Categories: Garage Income and Garage Expenses, Payroll and Legal Expenses during Closed Session at end of Open Meeting.

Saturday Nov. 16, 2019 – @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #3 – Revenue, Reserves, Assessments, and Final Review and Questions.

Board of Directors Meeting for final considerations and approval to mail proposed budget for Unit Owner Review expected: Monday December 9^th, 2019, 7:30pm

Budget to be mailed for Unit Owner Review, expected: Week of December 16^th, 2019

Special Unit Owner Meeting To Review Budget expected: Monday January 13^th, 2020, 7:30pm

Should there be no further issues to consider as a result of the Special Unit Owner Meeting, the Board of Directors is expected to vote to adopt the Budget, at the January 13^th Board Meeting, scheduled to follow the Special Meeting.

For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
