What Happened In The Lobby???

Some residents have expressed surprise at the presence of scaffold in the lobby. No need for panic. It was temporary, and actually as of the drafting of this message, it is already gone.
Late last week, a supply line for plumbing in a unit above the lobby failed and caused a nasty stain. Unfortunately, our lift can not access the location immediately behind the front desk, so the scaffold was need to access the ceiling and perform the repair.
All is now well, and though we have miles upon miles of plumbing in Park Tower, and this may happen again in the future, in this case it was a relatively minor event. The plumbing and ceiling repair are completed.
