In regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions related to it, the manager of 5455 North Sheridan, Diana Turowski has advised, “If you’re not vaccinated, wear a mask’ and there is a limit of 100 non-vaccinated persons at the pool, but otherwise it’s situation normal.”

All other normal policies and procedures remain in place.

5455 Pool Passes and Guest Passes for 2021 are NOW Available for Purchase for the Season

E-mail your requests and an inquiries to: Click Here. The Passes need to be ordered online ahead of time for pickup at the pool lobby at 5455. Please note that only pool pass holders can purchase the guest passes.

Please see the attached Special Pool Covid Guidelines (SPCG) 5455 Pool Covid Guidelines Summer 2021. All pool pass purchasers and guests will need to complete a liability waiver, social distance, and wear a mask as directed by the CDC. Your Pool Pass will be available for pick up from the pool attendant in the pool lobby starting on
FRIDAY, May 28.

• Adult Pool Membership, $150
• Child Pool Membership (ages 2-12) $50
• Book of Ten Guest Passes $15¬¬
• 5445 and 5415 residents need to pay by check/money order made payable to 5455 Edgewater Plaza Condo Association. They can be mailed to the Management Office, dropped at the 5455 door station, or brought to the 5455 Management Office.
