Before you know it, it’s the middle of June!

UPDATED June 16th – The RSVP sign up sheet for the 4th Of July Party and BBQ is now available at the front desk. Just sign up under your unit number with your name, the number of residents attending from your unit, and the number of guests. If you are planning on having non-resident guests, you will need to purchase passes from the Management Office. Passes are $10/guest up until 5pm on Thursday July 2nd. After that time, they will only be available at the door, on July 4th for $15/person. (The Management Office will be Closed on Friday July 3rd to observe the holiday.)

We need help – servers are wanted, and we also need someone at a grilling station. So please let us know if you would like to help.

June 13th: 4th of July is not so far away.

1. MARK YOUR CALENDARS. The annual 4th of July Resident Party and BBQ will be held in the Party Room and on the 2nd Floor Roof Deck and Garden, 5pm to 8pm Saturday July 4th. Afterwards, stick around to view the fireworks.

2. VOLUNTEERS WANTED! We could use some help the day before the party, the day of, and during the party. We have to set up, cook, serve and tear down. Anyone willing to lend a hand, please shoot me an e-mail at t.patricio@dkcondo.com.

3. PLEASE RSVP! Sign up at the front desk. Owners and Residents may attend free of charge. Guest passes will be $10 per person up to 5pm on July 2nd. After that, passes will be available at the door for $15.
