Another year is drawing to a close, and The PTCA Board of Directors wishes you, your families, friends and neighbors the best for a safe and happy holiday season, and a prosperous 2025! As you plan for the holidays, we ask that everyone thank and recognize the Park Tower staff. Their round-the-clock efforts throughout the year to improve, maintain and secure our community, helps promote a positive living experience. They’ve managed to navigate very challenging times in recent years – including 2024 – while keeping operations within budget.
To show our collective appreciation, we invite and encourage you to donate to the PTCA Employee Holiday Fund. This fund is made up of voluntary donations, distributed to 36 employees including the door staff, maintenance, garage, health club, management and security employees. They work around the clock – some visible and some behind the scenes – managing our business operations and improvement projects, and maintaining and securing the Lobby, Front Desk, Office, Garage, Health Club and all common areas.
They all deserve our thanks and recognition for another successful year. They’ve brought us through several challenging projects and events, including the Hallway Remodeling effort, the ‘01/’03 HVAC Riser Project and the Astound Fiber transition. Most recently they’ve spent extraordinary time and resources dealing with our community’s safety and security – some facing potentially dangerous conditions as they conduct their efforts on our behalf. All the while managing to keep close to our budget despite occasional surprises and continued economic uncertainty. As 2025 approaches and we consider the challenges they will be facing, the holiday fund is one way we show our team we appreciate their efforts and are grateful for helping our community operate peacefully and successfully.
Donations will be collected by the Association and distributed through Payroll. Taxes will be withheld consistent with the law. All Residents and Owners may contribute via check or money order made out to “Park Tower Condo Association”. Please note “Holiday Fund” on the memo line. Drop the check in the lobby front desk drop box, or at the office, or mail it to Park Tower Condo, Attn: Management Office, 5415 N. Sheridan Rd., Suite #107, Chicago, IL, 60640. Owners may also contribute via a charge on their account by either letting the office know in writing via e-mail at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com, or completing the acknowledgement on the back of this letter, and returning it to the office.
We greatly appreciate the gratitude and respect your donation demonstrates to our team and wish everyone health, happiness, peace and prosperity in 2025!
Sincerely, The Park Tower Board,
Lloyd Allison, Sheldon Atovsky, Angie Eden,
Monique Fouant and Michael Parrie
